ROLE:

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist for our plant located in Suzzara. In this role, you will report to the HR Plant Manager and will be accountable for Industrial Relations topics.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interpretation, application, administration, and development of law regulation connected to the CCSL and Industrial Relations.
  • Maintaining relationships with the Trade Unions of the plant
  • In cooperation with the unit managers and supervisors, ensuring CCSL correct application
  • Supervising Blue Collar related absenteeism
  • In cooperation with Industrial Relations, cooperating in defining the Labor Relations guidelines at Product Line/Plant level
  • Interviewing and recruiting blue collars/agency
  • Support the administration topic like employee life cycle, compensation, benefits, leave administration and general HR policy with a direct contact with hourly


PROFILE:

  • 5 years of experience in HR, in an Industrial Relations role and or/productive plant
  • University degree in Law preferred
  • Master in HR/Economics will be considered as a plus
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team working skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
