Designation / Role: L&D Specialist

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

Purpose Of The Role

The purpose of the L&D Specialist role is to support the Manager in the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs. The Junior Manager will assist in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and ensuring the successful implementation of learning initiatives. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and development to grow and contribute to the professional development of our employees.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination:

Assist in coordinating and scheduling training sessions.

Manage logistics, including room setup, materials preparation, and technology requirements.

  • Content Development:

Collaborate with the Manager in creating and updating training materials.

Ensure that content aligns with organizational objectives and meets the needs of diverse learners.

  • Training Delivery Support:

Provide support during training sessions, including monitoring participant engagement and addressing logistical issues.

Collect and analyze participant feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Administrative Support:

Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee participation in learning programs.

Assist in the organization and maintenance of the learning management system.

  • Communication:

Communicate effectively with participants to provide information on upcoming training opportunities and resources.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated interest in learning and development.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred in Human Resources

Reporting To: Lead – L&D

Work Experience: 3-6 years of experience in the Learning and Development field
