Implementation Manager

What will you be responsible for?

• Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear objectives, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Discovery, development, delivering and managing post-production support for SaaS/PaaS offerings to various clients.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology assets, to maximize project outcomes and minimize wastage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles that could impede project progress and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure that the digital solutions and technologies implemented meet predefined quality standards and performance benchmarks.
• Assist sales team in the pre-sales activities including product demos to prospects, provisioning accesses, answering implementation questions and channel client feedback to the cross-functional teams.

What would your day look like?

• Managing backlog in ADO, documenting requirements and working with engineering teams to deliver automation, cloud migration and other infra projects.
• Manages and supports multiple implementations of the product to various customers.
• Partner closely with engineering leads and cross-functional disciplines to guide technical implementation.
• Manage scope, costs and estimates independently for different implementations of the product.
• Involve in pre-sales/delivery product demos to customers.
• Manage the long term-vision of the product feature development.
• Focus on communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussions.
• Taking care of building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from ground up.
• Provide day-to-day execution guidance and support for engineering projects, coordinating efforts across organizations and departments, and helping unblock teams.
• Develop tools and processes to improve engineering productivity.

Who are we looking for?

• Manage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
• Experience with technologies such as Azure or CRM or Cloud Solutions in dev capacity would be preferred.
• Communicate project status to partners and several important teams around the organization.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer’s goals.
• Experience understanding technical implementations for different customers for same product.
• Experience managing programs with remote/distributed teams.
• Azure, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added advantage.
• Knowledge or exposure on LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBAN.
• 10 to 14 Yrs. overall experience and more than 4 years in SaaS/PaaS product implementations.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or information science or related field education/experience.
