Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Assist with new hire paperwork and orientation.
Organize employee activities and events.
Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
Organize training sessions and workshops.
Track employee training and development programs.
