Mandatory skills :
- Excellent mac/IOS troubleshooting skills and Windows9/10
- Good communication skills
Required Skills/Experience
- Expertise on MAC OS and devices troubleshooting OS and Application level)
- Have basic troubleshooting experience on Windows OS and application level
- Good understanding on the ITIL process
- Understanding on the escalation of the tickets to next level
- Quick learner and team player
- Maintain 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures and change management controls
