Your responsibilities
You manage our online stores (D2C, B2B, international) using Shopify Plus and work closely together with our other E-Commerce Managers, UX Designers & Developers
You do the research for necessary tools, set them up and constantly optimize the store performance and customer experience through conversion-increasing measures (e.g. through A/B testing)
You maintain and manage the content in our stores (products, categories, magazine posts, landing pages) and create these in line with the vetsak brand guidelines based on our UX guidelines
You are the interface to the project management, content management, customer relations management, communications team and operations
You monitor and analyze our KPIs and provide appropriate recommendations for action
About You
You have an e-commerce background and already have experience in a related position
Ideally, you already have experience with the Shopify Plus online store system or similar, or you are interested to dig in
You are familiar with HTML/ CSS and possibly also have basic Liquid knowledge
You have a basic knowledge of design and have a basic understanding of working with graphic artists/designers
You are a strong communicator in German and English - spoken and written
You work in a structured and results-oriented manner with a high degree of personal responsibility, motivation and independence
