What you will do…
Serve as Operator of Record to operate Class 1 wastewater treatment Plant and Class 1 Water Plant.
Coordinate activities of facilities in the operation & maintenance of wastewater treatment plants (e.g., schedules chemical laboratory tests, oversees plant record keeping & ensures compliance with Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wastewater regulations)
Manage process controls by conducting routine sampling & monitoring daily or as required by Ohio EPA
Oversees safety inspection program of treatment facilities
Must have Class 1 Wastewater Operator License and Class 1 Water Supply License
Starting hourly pay of $22.66/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 4.5 years of service, with an end salary of $27.84/hr

Certificate of class at least equal to that required by water system &/or wastewater works classification pursuant to Rule 3745-7-02, Environmental Protection Agency; 6 mos. exp. as treatment plant operator in water &/or wastewater treatment plant which included conducting routine laboratory tests on treatment plant flows.
