If You Possess
An Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for meeting aggressive production requirements while maintaining a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
What You Will Do
Direct hourly manufacturing workforce to meet company/departmental objectives.
Provide training and cross-training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce.
Complete all routine paperwork, reports, timecards, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives.
Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management
Support and implement management philosophy and vision.
Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs.
Lead 6s and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Additional Qualifications Include
Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration preferred
3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven team-building and supervisory skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Strong planning organizational abilities
Superb people skills
