About the Role: A Social Media Agent at Brand Avenue is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence, engage with our audience, and drive customer engagement and satisfaction. This role involves creating and curating content, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer interactions.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Social Media Agent or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
