The Senior Finance Manager will be the strategic finance business partner for multiple businesses. The Senior Finance Manager will provide financial and business leadership to the Plant Leadership Teams. The key expectation for this role is to bring best-in-class business partner support to the organization, help the finance team to enhance and streamline the financial processes, and create transparency around key spending, and KPI’s

Responsibilities:

• Manages and oversee the financial functions and staff by establishing and enforcing all accounting policies and procedures related to the operation of the plant including, but not limited to, working capital management, capital and fixed asset planning, patronage management, annual budget, and on-going financial forecasts.
• Assures the accurate reporting of pertinent financial information and trends to senior management.
• Oversees and manages the annual audit and reporting processes.
• Manage and monitor company cash flow.
• Support the development of 3-year strategic plans, annual plans and on-going forecast.
• Maintains P&L responsibility over designated department cost center to include administrative labor and expenses.
  
  
  

Supervision of period-end and month-end closing processes.

Preparation of quarterly back covenant reporting.

Education requirements: BS in Finance/Masters preferred
