Join the SANY America Service Team as we seek a detail-oriented individual to support our publications and communication efforts with our Dealer network. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our warranty, quality, and technical support teams to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate these updates both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with warranty, quality, and technical support teams to gather information on product improvements.
Update and maintain technical publications and manuals to reflect product enhancements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy in all communications.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and our Dealer network to provide clear and timely updates.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the clarity and effectiveness of communications.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
Experience in a technical writing or publications role preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
Knowledge of construction equipment or related industry experience is a plus. -
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
EDUCATION
Minimum High School Diploma, Technical School preferred.
