Partnerships Strategic Planning Specialist

Works closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to execute a partnership strategy that will help Analytics unlock sustained growth through innovative and well-executed third-party partnerships. This role is an opportunity to be influential in helping Analytics identify and support key alliances and partnerships in order toto help the business meet its long-range goals. You will work cross functionally to identify areas for process improvement and drive increased efficiencies for supporting the segment and existing partners. In addition, you will learn the industry landscape and establish new partnerships for areas that are supported by the leadership team. We are looking for someone who is motivated by elevating the potential of our suite of products by thoughtfully and creatively constructing and supporting partnership opportunities across the division.

  • Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential partners within designated areas of focus for the business, including management of MQL and Lead queue
  • Prepares and interprets analysis regarding the research, discovery and due diligence of prospective partners and conducts ROI assessments on existing partnerships within designated sub segments of the business
  • Collaborates with the Head of Strategic Partnerships as well as functional and business SMEs to keep a pulse on the external market environment; gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence to support the organization’s efforts to identify competitive threats and/or opportunities for growth through strategic partners
  • Coordinates support of the Go-To-Market process for strategic partnerships including but not limited to cross functional team coordination to develop and deploy marketing campaigns, create and maintain FAQ sheets for client facing teams, and support the creation of sales enablement materials.
  • Be seen as an internal SME for all things related to existing partnerships and the partnership process for Analytics; coordinating internally across functional areas to improve awareness of, and help streamline, partnership operations.
  • Day to day management of targeted existing partners including but not limited to, regular business check in's, health of partnership, and other needs on a case-by-case basis
  • Works with the Analytics finance team and Revenue Operations team to track, on a quarterly basis, the financial health of the Partnership Segment as well as ensuring all data in CRM is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinates and hosts monthly meetings with CRO outlining current state of all partnerships, opportunities in flight, and emerging opportunities within existing partnerships. Additionally, maintaining new opportunities with new potential partners.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (2 days a week in office), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

  • Education Required: B.A. or B.S. in a business related discipline
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 5 years working in a client facing role either client success or sales within the Financial Services / Financial Technology industry.
  • Ability to interact well with both external clients (partners) as well as internal clients (sales ops, legal, client service, sales and CSMs, marketing and other internal teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and project manage
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to think creatively
