Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee one of our largest healthcare accounts. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective delivery of janitorial services, managing a team of janitorial staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Oversight:
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of janitorial services.
    • Monitor and maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate and timely supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with janitorial services.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to assess needs, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or expanding janitorial services to existing clients.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage the janitorial operations budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance, including key performance indicators, financial metrics, and client feedback.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in janitorial operations management or a similar role, ideally within a facility management or cleaning services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of janitorial best practices, cleaning techniques, and equipment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficient in using computer software and systems for operational and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to janitorial services.
