Opportunity

As an Inside Admissions Team Lead, you'll be a key player on our sales team and at the forefront of impacting lives positively. We are seeking candidates with top-notch communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of our transformative products, and the resilience to navigate the highs and lows of the sales process. Your adaptability, emotional intelligence, and ability to employ effective closing techniques will be essential in turning leads into satisfied customers, and help direct our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and motivation to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.
  • Utilize effective closing techniques to secure deals of high-ticket sales
  • Conduct outbound calls with finesse and persuasion
  • Navigate calls to address customer concerns and objections
  • Be a driving force in the company culture, embodying a "winning" mentality.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Set strategic goals for the team and ensure their successful implementation.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Preferred

  • Effective Communication:
  • Apply techniques that are relevant to the industry’s best practices, emphasize program benefits, and meet sales objectives
  • Strong negotiation abilities to address objections and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of the offered products and services to provide clear communication of product features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in various closing techniques to finalize sales.
  • Presenting positive emotional intelligence for oneself and ability to recognize and respond to other’s emotions
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different customer personalities and situations, and adjusting sales approach based on unique needs
  • Belief in the product and its ability to meet customer needs.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns or objections effectively
  • Ability to collaborate positively with a team and other departments

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years' experience in Telesales
  • Previous management or leadership positions held
  • Proficiency with Kixie and HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus
