Responsibilities:
Craft a compelling product vision that is market-aligned by leveraging technical expertise.
Work closely with founders, ML engineers, software developers, and business teams to develop and execute the product roadmap
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for the product vision
Build out and oversee a product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive results and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience leading product organizations with complex products, at an early-stage start-up
Technical background with a solid understanding of software development
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market data and customer feedback to inform product decisions
Experience working with AI technologies is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and adapt is essential
