Responsibilities
Uphold high standards of guest service and teach others to do the same
Recruit and develop a team of high performers that provide the best possible service within labor budget
Ensure all team members are in proper uniform that is polished and professional
Conduct inventory and report variances so you can maintain inventory and ordering based on CHG procedure including FIFO while keeping inventory on hand within weekly usage
Learn and utilize all computer and pos systems to control costs and labor
Qualifications
Associates Degree
Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
ServSafe Certified
General Manager Experience
