Financial Analyst supporting the Applied Research area.
The area is unique due to the smaller size of contracts and provides valuable exposure to all aspects of cost control responsibilities.
Manage financial performance of various R&D contracts from contract award through closeout.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly financial status reports.
Prepare contract budgets and EACs.
Monitor and analyze contract funding status and perform any required performance variance analysis.
Prepare quarterly CSR data/charts including projections of orders, sales, profit and cash.
Assist in the preparation of the annual Long Range Plan.
Coordinate with Contracts employees to facilitate contract awards and ensure necessary contract mods are executed.
