We're looking for 1-2 creative, self-motivated Operation intern candidates. The main task of this position is as followed.
Propose new event plans and surveys. Generate 2~3 event plans per week.
Develop new projects individually, including the negotiating plan with partners or co-operators, cost and pricing details, risk estimation, and staffing plan.
Participate in hosting and conducting events.
Give help and feedback to customers, do the survey, and analyze the results.
*Due to the pandemic and the current "Work From Home" policy of NASUFUN, this intern position welcomes candidates from all districts within the United States. East coast based is a plus.
Requirements

Have experience in events planning and business development.
Enthusiast in sports and social.
Familiar with East American outdoors sports and recreational market.
Be patient, careful, rigorous, efficient, and responsible. Self-motivated in perfecting the detail of event plans.
Be creative and full of imagination.
Education
We look for candidates actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Project Management, or a related field, and with a strong academic achievement record.
