Job Description 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Media Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing digital marketing metrics, social media performance, and content effectiveness. This role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital and social media efforts with a strong emphasis on data analytics. We are looking for someone who can work on-site at our office 5 days a week. Preference will be given to local candidates. Relocation costs are not covered.



About us 

GEODNET is deploying GNSS/GPS Reference Stations throughout the world. They are used to provide corrections to GNSS/GPS enabling cm accuracy for projects in construction, agriculture, transportation, and a growing number of applications. This accuracy is essential for greater efficiency in the use of the world’s resources. Currently, more than 7000 stations are online and visible at https://console.geodnet.com/map. 


Responsibilities 

  • Track and interpret social media performance metrics, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Analyze website traffic and search engine performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify best practices in the industry. 
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and various other platforms to gather and interpret data. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns and social media campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and achieve business objectives. 
  • Monitor and optimize website content and structure to improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs). 
  • Help manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. 
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels and social media platforms, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making and optimization efforts. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Media Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of data-driven analysis and optimization. 
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software. 
  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. 
  • Pluses include certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
