Communications Consultant II

Job Responsibilities & Activities:

Responsibilities include copywriting, editing, and designing staff communications, e-mail campaigns, and managing SharePoint with a focus on maintaining quality.

• Intranet Management
• Ability to update and maintain SharePoint pages
• Copywriting
• Strong ability to write clear and concise copy that aligns with the brand tone and meets stakeholder objectives
• Supporting the execution of internal campaigns across various teams
• Develop compelling narratives about Customer and Restaurant Support work that informs and inspires various audiences
• Create content for weekly newsletter
• Create content for emails, intranet articles, design projects, presentation decks, etc.
• Assist with staff with ad hoc communications as needed
• Communication Platform Management
• Experience with internal communication platforms such as Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and MailChimp
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Creativity
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
