Responsibilities
Programmatic Leadership & Delivery:
Develop and implement impactful programs for girls aged 5-17 based on current research and best practices in youth development.
Membership Growth & Volunteer Engagement
Lead strategies to improve membership experiences and engagement of volunteers, emphasizing diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and belonging.
External Relations
Build relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners to amplify our mission and support fundraising efforts.
Strategic Administration
Supervise administrative processes for optimal organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Traits And Characteristics Desired
Passion for youth development and commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving strategic goals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in program management within mission-driven organizations.
