We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare projects.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization in healthcare workflows.
• Develop business cases, use cases, and user stories to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with business users, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Create detailed requirement specifications, business process models, and workflow diagrams.
• Assist in the design and validation of healthcare systems and applications to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes to healthcare systems.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems, EMR/EHR systems, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
