A leading Health System in Columbus, Ohio is looking to bring on an Assistant General Counsel. In this position, you will provide counsel regarding all hospital operations matters, advising on medical staff issues and matters pertaining to the Joint Commission, CMS, and Fraud and Abuse regulations.
Requirements
JD from an accredited law school.
5 years of experience within the Healthcare Legal space.
Extensive experience with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Affordable Care Act, Medicare, Medicaid, FDA compliance, Stark Law, AKS, ICH Good Clinical Practice.
Extensive experience dealing with hospital-specifical operational matters.
