The Opportunity
We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments for our sales team
Engage with residential and commercial property managers to discuss our eco-friendly waste solutions
Meet weekly and monthly goals for appointment settings and successful show rates
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure high-quality leads and appointments
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner
Strong organizational abilities and effective time management
Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic work environment
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, or B2B outbound calls (preferred)
3 years of outgoing sales call experience (preferred)
Previous call center experience (a plus)
What We Offer
Flexible work arrangement: Full-time or part-time options available
Competitive compensation: Base salary plus commission structure
Total annual earning potential: $44,000 to $70,000
