Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Requirements
Strong command of the English language, including literature, grammar, and composition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to undertake relevant training.
