- Responsible for smooth functioning of all the utility equipment's, lab Equipment's & Lab instruments.
- Responsible to provide uninterrupted utilities for lab throughout out the day.
- Responsible for all type of maintenance like preventive, predictive, scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
- Responsible for updating of equipment history cards.
- Responsible to ensure that required essential spares are available.
- Responsible for ensuring oiling and greasing of all moving machinery as per schedule.
- Responsible for performing electrical & mechanical maintenance with all safety aspects.
- Responsible for maintaining and analysing the daily Power consumption data.
- Responsible to implement the 6S & Kaizen.
