Technical Support

  • Provide L3 support for network and infrastructure issues, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex network problems and work with other IT teams to resolve them.
  • Manage and resolve escalated incidents and service requests from L1 and L2 support teams.

Network Administration

  • Monitor network performance and security, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
  • Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including upgrades and patches.
  • Conduct regular network performance tests and analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices (Cisco, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
  • Support and maintain data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms.
  • Ensure high availability and redundancy of critical infrastructure components.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Project Involvement

  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of new network and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and changes.
  • Create and update technical support documentation for L1 and L2 teams.
