Responsible for the end to end store backend operations like - Warehouse operations, Inventory functions, Customer Service Dept, Visual Merchandising, Cash & Commercial, Admininstration, Technical maintenance, Stock movement, Managing Customer touchpoints efficiently, Employee infrastructure management etc. Work with and manage the store expenses budget. Shrinkage management at the store
