Seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Captive space in Banking Operations and Technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document complex business processes, data flow and architecture for new and upcoming requirements in the cash and liquidity domain.
· Translate customer requirements into functional requirements and liaise with the technical team for crafting technical requirements.
· Collaborate with the technical team in order to assure delivery of the project.
· Support technical teams with completion of the UAT process.
Skills:
o Strong data analysis skills & attention to detail
o Strong communication skills, both oral and written
o Fair understanding of various banking products
o (Preferred) Hands on experience of any of the reporting and analytical tools like Tableau, Axiom, SQL, Python, Alteryx
o (Preferred) Understanding of Liquidity reporting within a Banking environment or Treasury function. Regulatory reporting experience preferable but not mandatory
Qualification and Experience:
§ 3-7 years’ experience as Business Analyst in BFSI domain.
§ Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
