What you will do
• Minimum 14 years of total experience including significant experience being a Scrum Master and 8-9 years in Agile Coaching
o Effective able to drive learning culture through workshops, meetings and gamification techniques
o Has a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and organizational culture Should have formal and/or informal education about coaching and strong mentor relationships
• Should have background of project management
• Should have experience of managing large teams with size of 100 people and budget of 1 million USD Should be aware and leverages a rich set of facilitation, training and coaching tools, and models and knows when to apply them
o Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making
o Create an environment of mutual influence Understand and empathize with others
• Encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams Experience in product backlog management tools is highly desirable One or more of certifications such as SAFe, LeSS, CSP, PSM-II, CEC, SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF is a plus Should have experience in implementing one or more Scaling Agile frameworks

• Education – B. Tech/ BE (Preferred)

Excellent communication & articulation skills
SPC certified
PMP certified
Should have handle minimum 2 agile transformation journeys
