Validation Engineer

Adecco is currently seeking a Validation Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in North York, ON, on a 1-year contract with a salary of $68.30 per hour. The role will focus on managing C&Q and process-related validation activities for Flu Manufacturing Processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project deliverables.

  • Pay rate: $68.30/hour.
  • Location: North York, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 1-year contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage C&Q and process validation activities for Flu Manufacturing Process in accordance with the Validation Master Plan and project requirements.
  • Lead design and execution of Cleaning Validation Activities, Engineering, Development, and PPQ Batches.
  • Apply risk analysis tools and develop ongoing monitoring programs.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Flu Manufacturing Process validation.
  • Lead project work stream meetings, planning sessions, and ensure effective execution of Process Validation deliverables.
  • Maintain and report on project deliverables related to Process Validation Compliance.
  • Support review/approval of validation protocols and final reports.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to Validation Manager(s) and team members.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in biopharmaceutical environment with expertise in biologic product license application process and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of cGxPs, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and industry standards.
  • Experience with production shop floor systems and automation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional project teams.
  • Familiarity with FDA/EU/ICH/ISO regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
