Description
The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing licensing documents, discussing new licenses and renewal processes with upper management, reporting royalties, commission and social compliance. To succeed as a licensing coordinator, you need to be detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to meet strict deadlines with accuracy.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9am - 3:30pm with an hour lunch. Some flexibility is negotiable.

The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing licensing documents, discussing new licenses and renewal processes with upper management, reporting royalties, commission and social compliance. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Review, process and determine discrepancies in royalties to licensors.
- Review and process commissions to outside sales reps.
- Review licensor contracts and report any changes from prior year.
- Maintain files and internal database.
- Coordinate social compliance audits between factories and 3rd party auditor.
- Compile and analyze audits as requested by licensors.
- Provide licensing projections.
- Assist factories and submit corrections of social compliance audits.
- Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email and regular interpersonal communication.
- Answer and direct reception calls and greet incoming visitors.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities:
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Excellent computer skills in a MS Windows environment including intermediate or better MS Excel skills.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Work independently, meeting strict deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of related experience preferred.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Includes some exposure to sounds and noise levels that can be distracting.
