Compensation: $25-27/hour

Help Desk Analyst:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join their team!

This person will provide exceptional IT support to internal users while working on a collaborative and forward-thinking team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support via email, phone, and direct in person support.
• Collaborate and escalate issues to various teams.
• Complete detailed documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Windows, O365, and Active Directory experience
  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Relevant IT certifications
