As the Global Brand & Communications Manager, you will be part of our Parts and Service Division's (PSD) Marketing Department, reporting directly to the President and leading a talented team of Communication Professionals.

Your Mission

In this role, you will develop and drive comprehensive marketing communication strategies to reinforce our brand as a leader in technology, innovation, sustainability, and productivity. You will aim to attract and retain customers, expand market shares, and take ownership of internal communication within the division. Your goal is to foster a culture of involvement and engagement in alignment with our brand platform and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of yourself and your team, fostering a supportive and diverse team environment.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies for both new and existing products.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain internal and external marketing tools, ensuring all content aligns with Epiroc’s brand platform and visual identity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with PSD Customer Centers and internal teams to ensure adherence to branding guidelines and foster engagement.
  • Effectiveness Measurement: Develop routines to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Event Leadership: Lead and participate in major marketing activities, including international exhibitions and key events.
  • Procurement and Budgeting: Manage procurement of external services, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Brand Integration: Oversee the integration of brands in acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with Epiroc’s brand strategy.

Your Profile

You are a compassionate leader with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering an inclusive and diverse team environment. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within an international B2B organization, with expertise in internal and external communication, digital marketing, and budget management. You possess creative problem-solving and strategic planning abilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and excellence in negotiation, presentation, and public speaking. Experience in the mining industry and corporate risk management is a plus.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is required, along with proficiency in digital tools and channels and a strong understanding of brand management principles and marketing KPIs. The role demands excellent research, analytical, and creative thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive significant change in a global organization. The ideal candidate will also excel in building relationships and engaging stakeholders to achieve optimal results for Epiroc.

Location and Travel

This position can be based in Sweden (Stockholm, Örebro) or the USA (Garland, Texas) and includes the possibility for a hybrid workplace. Global travel will be expected in the role (up to 30%).
