Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Code and implement front-end features of our applications using React, ensuring high-quality user interfaces that align with design specifications.
• UI/UX Design and Development: Develop and continuously enhance the UI/UX for our learning platform, focusing on both design and functional implementation.
• React-Based Implementation: Utilize React and its ecosystem to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces, translating design concepts into functional web components.
• Collaborative Design and Coding: Work closely with design and engineering teams to define, code, and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Apply best practices in front-end development to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
• User-Centric Development: Engage in user research and feedback analysis to guide the coding and design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Standards and Best Practices in Coding and Design: Advocate and implement UI/UX design guidelines and front-end development best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Strong experience in front-end development, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
