Description Description: As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating our databases with accuracy and efficiency. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our records are up-to-date and reliable, supporting the smooth operation of our events and services.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into our databases and systems. Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing with source documents. Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval. Perform regular data quality checks and correct discrepancies as needed. Generate reports and compile data as requested by management. Assist with other administrative tasks and support team members as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other data entry software. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
