As a Broker at Crux Commercial Partners, you'll be at the forefront, self-sourcing commercial mortgage deals, forging strong relationships, evaluating loan applications, and offering sharp financial advice to clients. Job Functions

  • Work hand-in-hand with our elite processing and placement teams to nail seamless transaction closings.
  • Own the sales and client success process, from deal structuring and lead-to-deal conversion to pipeline management.
  • Keep your pipeline buzzing with refined sales processes and top-notch client experiences.
  • Uphold quality control and ensure process consistency within the sales organization.
  • Foster rapport, alignment, and sales advocacy among the team.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and continuity across all revenue streams and customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Engage in assigned sales training initiatives.
  • Assist the placement team in crafting killer, customer-centric proposals.

  • Lead Generation Expert: Proven expertise in developing and executing successful lead-generation initiatives in commercial real estate.
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM and Project Management tools.

Education and Experience

  • Commercial Real Estate Background: 5 years of experience in commercial mortgage lending, commercial underwriting, or commercial mortgage originations, or a combination thereof.
  • Sales Experience: 5 years of B2B or B2C experience.


Physical Demands
