We are looking for someone who can help with synthesis flows and restraints. The right candidate will need to be able to conduct the configurations and should be an individual contributor, not a team leader. It is ok if they have leadership experience but need to also have hands on experience with the tool, not just the tool installation.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Join our Cloud and AI Security Solutions team as a CAD/EDA Engineer specializing in Front-End Silicon Design.
• In this role, you'll play a crucial part in developing reusable security IP utilized across various products.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining front-end silicon design tools, synthesis setup, constraints, and automation scripts.
• You'll collaborate closely with team members to resolve tool-related issues and configure tools for new projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and maintain front-end silicon design tools such as those used for CDC, RDC, Synthesis, Lint, FEV, and power analysis.
• Maintain FE synthesis setup, constraints, and porting to new technology nodes.
• Develop and maintain tool setup/automation scripts in TCL.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tool-related issues and configure tools for new projects.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years’ Experience in CAD/EDA engineering.

TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Synopsys Fusion Compiler (preferred) or Synopsys Design Compiler.
• Familiarity with common FE silicon design tools (CDC, RDC, Synthesis, Lint, FEV, etc.).
• Proficiency in maintaining tool setup/automation scripts in TCL.
