This position provides general administrative support for the Community Service programs including managing databases, compiling and producing reports, monitoring and follow-up on compliance issues, and other related duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilties
Performs word processing, database management, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative support duties.
Assists in management of CSP database for Homeless Hotline, including waitlists.
Calls homeless individuals to place in reservations in shelters.
Contacts homeless shelters for daily updates.
Organizes and maintains administrative files (electronic and paper), in accordance with applicable procedures.
Assists with various report writing activities as necessary.
Maintains ROW ONE stats on a daily basis.
Daily filing of ERS Caring Contact Cards.
Coordinates CCR documentation, spreadsheets and assists in gathering data for quarterly reports.
Performs related duties as requested.
Essential Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Basic knowledge of office practice and procedures.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate various computer programs, including Excel and Word and Outlook to produce reports, correspondences, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the telephone and in writing.
Ability to multitask.
