Exciting new opportunity at a fun, dynamic workplace! We are searching for an integral member of our Sales/Marketing team in San Diego who will expand our business and help take our client base to the next level!


About the Role - As an Account Manager at Superlanet, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and building strong and long-lasting relationships. Training for this role includes a short time in our Recruiter role to gain a deep understanding of our product, you will progress to managing and maintaining client accounts, delivering exceptional services, nurturing client relationships, and resolving any issues that arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and meeting client expectations.
  • Travel regularly to build relationships with our clients located across the country.
  • Communicate effectively with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, develop the account, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to develop strategies for client retention, expansion, and upselling.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and writing skills to create compelling and persuasive client presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred. Must be able to provide transcripts upon request.
  • Excellent organization skills are a must
  • Team player with the motivation to meet and exceed personal and company goals.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are a must
  • Positive attitude and a keen desire to learn new skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and wear multiple hats
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • 1-3 years of Marketing, Sales, Recruiting or Account Management experience.
  • Recent College graduates encouraged to apply!


Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Google Analytics experience
  • CRM experience
  • GoDaddy website builder experience
  • Event planning/management experience
  • Experience or high level of familiarity with demand generation principles
  • Account Management/Sales experience
