Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager required to join highly regarded independent care provider to oversee the quality and compliance within 10 nursing / care homes across England.
As Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager you will conduct a series of audits and quality healthcare checks across homes in the south of England. Due to the locations of the homes ideally you should be situated in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire
You will lead on strategy for quality across the company and you will oversee clinical quality governance across nursing homes and care homes. Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager you will ensure that homes adhere to CQC regulations. As Head of Quality / Quality Assurance Manager / QA Manager you will conduct internal audits in order to ensure that high standards of care is maintained.
You will work with Care Home Manager's to create action plans, advise on best practice and ensure CQC compliance.
Candidates should have worked as a Quality Assurance Manager, Compliance Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager, Compliance Manager or as a QA Manager previously and will extensive experience gained working within the elderly care / nursing home / care home sector.
