Your expertise will span the entire innovation process—from spotting opportunities to crafting ideas, facilitating workshops, writing product briefs, and collaborating with R&D and technical teams, in particular with CPG / FMCG product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Management: Win new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

- Project Leadership: Lead strategic innovation projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Hands-On Involvement: Engage in every aspect of the work, from idea generation to product development.

- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a small, global team of senior directors.

- Expertise Utilisation: Leverage your expertise in trends, data, research, and concept development to drive successful outcomes.

- Workshops & Sprints: Facilitate workshops and innovation sprints, ensuring productive and creative sessions.

- Product Briefs & Prototyping: Develop detailed product briefs and oversee the refinement of product prototypes.
