Special Conditions: £48.53 per direct teaching hour.
This includes the following elements: teaching, preparation and marking of the scheduled program of work.
(A flat rate of £19.41 will be paid for completing one of the above elements of the schedule.)
The number of hours required and the days of the week may vary.

About The Role
We are seeking to appoint Hourly Paid Lecturers in the Department of Computer Science. Our areas of specific interest are cyber-security/forensics/networking; data science/big data/cloud infrastructure; software engineering; and robotics. In addition to appropriate knowledge and experience, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and a willingness to flexibly contribute to teaching and associated duties on undergraduate programmes in any or all of these areas. The work could involve, for example, taking lectures, seminars and/or laboratory classes, particularly at the first and second-year undergraduate level. Duties may also include preparation and marking where required.
