Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the financial strategy, ensuring the financial integrity of the organisation through enhanced business planning, financial control and reporting to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will provide the day-to-day leadership for finance with a keen focus on capital expenditure, risk management and compliance, along with the analysis of key management information to maintain the financial sustainability of the organisation as they grow.

You will be a qualified, commercially orientated accountant with a wealth of strategic experience, ideally gained within a highly complex, customer centric environment. With strong technical knowledge, you will have excellent analytical and planning skills and be fully conversant with complex revenue streams and capital investment initiatives. You will possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage at all levels across and beyond the organisation, to solve complex strategic challenges through deliverable and workable business solutions.
