About The Role
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Customer Engagement by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's collections, including features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is properly showcased.
Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Uphold the brand's image and reputation by adhering to company policies and procedures, and by presenting yourself professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and run store events.
Skills And Experience Required
Previous experience in luxury retail sales will be a bonus.
Open to working retail hours, which might at times include weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
A keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation for luxury products.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele.
Goal-oriented with motivation in achieving sales targets.
