Assistant Operation Management Executive

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and senior staff.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating restocking.
  • Maintain office organization and efficient filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and keep records up-to-date.
  • Schedule and prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and delivery coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and solve operational issues as they arise.
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing operational processes for efficiency.
  • Support office staff in various day-to-day tasks.
