Customer Service Specialist

Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate receipt of client requirements.
• Guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements in SAP system.
• Responsible for guaranteeng performance and delivery rating with each client in accordance with MAHLE´s objetives.
• Supervise EDI personnel to meet shipping objetives.
• Responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims.
• Manage the different customer supply system (Nissan, VW, Chrysler, Ford, GM, Jatco, Mercedes, Toyota)

Your Skills & Strengths

• 4-5 years experience in related field
• English fluency
• SAP knowledge strongly preferred
• Automotive experience, at least last 2 years
