How will you make an impact in this role?

The incumbent in this position is on charge of the business development and management of a multi-industry portfolio of Large Market Corporate Clients, to maximize the spend penetration and the Amex contribution margins through profitable deals.

Required responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Account Development Executive include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the client organization either for T&E or B2B solutions.
  • Proactively engage at all levels of client organization to develop business opportunities. (Including C-Levels)
  • Lead the correct implementation of the Amex program according to the client needs.
  • Conducts quarterly review meetings to discuss and analyze the performance of the program, that includes usage of the Amex solutions, spend trends, client satisfaction and additional needs, besides of identify new opportunities or risks.
  • Provide consultancy and act as the main liaison between the client and the Amex organization to ensure a smooth operation of the client corporate program.
  • Analysis and monitoring of the portfolio performance.
  • Pipeline management.
  • Ensure timely implementation of the Amex initiatives with the clients.

Required Qualifications:



  • 5 years of experience in comercial roles or account development
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial Card Business.
  • Structured methodology for relationship management.
  • Financial & Business acumen.
  • Project Management knowledge.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and high self-motivation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • English is desire for the role.
