Role and Responsibilities:
The Rewards Consultant will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rewards relevant and tailored to Internal ANSR Talent
- Deliver high quality, effective solutions in the following areas:
- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)
- Pay ranges design & implementation
- Benefits design
- Budgeting / annual cycle management
- Compensation structuring
- Statutory impact & related updates
- Manage C&B project modules independently
- Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to internal team
- Collate, analyze and create thought papers on the state of the market
Experience and Requirements:
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in a compensation role
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Regional / global experience in C&B
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage
- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required
- Associated experiences across HR would be a strong bonus
