Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage the hiring

process for healthcare professionals, particularly doctors (MS, MD, and MBBS). The ideal

candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent

communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring Doctors:

  • Source and recruit doctors (MS, MD, MBBS) through job portals, social media platforms,

and other relevant databases.

  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to fill current and future job

openings.

Candidate Screening

  • Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on client and organizational

requirements.

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.

Client And Candidate Communication

  • Liaise with candidate (Doctors) to understand their specific needs and requirement.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, candidate

Negotiation

requirements, and compensation packages.

  • Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding employment terms and

conditions.

  • Ensure offers align with both parties' expectations.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations

(colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centers) as per their locations and availability.

Follow-Up And Feedback

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates and clients to gather feedback post-interview.
  • Address any concerns or questions raised by either party throughout the recruitment

process.

Final Selection And On Boarding

  • Assist in making final decisions on candidate selection for job placements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for selected

candidates.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related

field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare

industry.

  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media platforms,

LinkedIn).

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
